My wife and I are enjoying our new Energy View windows that we purchased from you earlier this spring. We are amazed at the difference they have made in the amount of heat radiating in this early summer. The outside noise levels have also dropped dramatically. The difference is very clear when you walk next to the windows we haven’t replaced yet. My neighbor had recently replaced some windows in his house and I could tell he was disappointed that the energy ratings on our windows were so much better than his new ones. We were very pleased with the installation crew as they were friendly and professional. They took time to address any concerns I had and thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished. Thank you for taking the time after the installation to check your installers work and to reassure me (using your meters) that the new windows were performing as you stated they would. What impressed me the most was the heat transference readings on the new Energy View windows compared to some windows I had just installed myself a couple years ago. I thought I had put in a pretty decent window at the time. We will be contacting you in the near future about replacing our remaining windows as it has become obvious that they are not performing well.
